Congratulations to Missy and Gary. They got
married under this simple yet elegant traditional Chuppah (Wedding
Alter) which represents the home - symbolized by the cloth canopy and
the four poles. This symbolic "home" initially lacks furniture as a
reminder that the basis of one's home is the people within it, not the
possessions. In a spiritual sense, this covering represents the presence
of God over the covenant of marriage. This one was over 12 ft in
height. Wishing them many blessings.

Truly a Multi-Cultural Weekend
This weekend Big Bow Events had three cultural weddings in St. Louis. For the most part, they were all flawless. Aside from some simple semantics or logistical issues that no one but us noticed, all three clients were extremely happy and had many praises for our work. A lot of companies never do an Indian wedding. But, we are proud to say that the weekend of the 13th, we had one East Indian Wedding, one Indian American Wedding and an Indo-Arab Italian wedding all at different locations here in Saint Louis, MO. We left the house at 6AM on Saturday and did not get back until 7AM on Sunday. Needless to say, signing up for such an undertaking is not for the faint of heart. Mixing cultures during both ceremonies and receptions are trending as our global family becomes less isolated and more inclusive. In our line of work we listen a lot to what our clients want and then try our very best to not only meet their needs, but exceed their expectations. Please visit our facebook Big Bow Events LLC to see some pictures of the three events and others we are proud to have participated in. Also, feel free to see some of our offerings at our
